Slash command that breaks the phase into steps from inside Claude Code.

/mini:plan
Description
The native slash command, run inside your Claude Code session. It prints the planning prompt (via `mini context plan`) with the current project context, Claude proposes a handful of concrete steps, and they are saved with `mini plan --apply` — no separate terminal needed. This is the in-session counterpart of the `mini plan` terminal command.
